David Jeng is the Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member at Wintec, where he has held various leadership roles over the past 16 years. Before the CEO role, he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Wintec’s Manufacturing Business, where he successfully built up the team and significantly improved business performance. In his capacity as Chief Strategy Officer, David led Merger and Acquisitions efforts and formulated corporate strategies across all business units. He also contributed to the company's growth as Vice President of the Retail Division and Vice President of Operations.
In addition to his work at Wintec, David is an independent Board Member at Graniterock, a historic materials and infrastructure construction company in Silicon Valley, founded in 1900. At Graniterock, David serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees, providing oversight and strategic input for the company’s 11 business divisions, which include quarry operations, rail services, large scale civil construction, concrete and asphalt production.
David is also deeply involved in the technology and innovation community. He served as Secretary General of the Monte Jade West Science and Technology Association, an organization dedicated to fostering cross-border development in technology and commerce. His leadership roles within Monte Jade include Chairman of the Board, Vice Chair, and Board Member. Additionally, David is a Board Member of USC’s Viterbi Innovation Partners, where he focuses on strengthening the alumni network and advancing innovation initiatives. He has also advised the USC’s Center for AI in Society (CAIS++).
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Southern California
