Kin-Ching (KC) Wu, focuses on mentoring to help break the glass and bamboo ceiling. KC is an ex-Cisco SVP of Operations Architecture. Prior to that, KC spent 7 years at Quantic Industries, an aerospace and defense company, where she held leadership positions in manufacturing engineering and production control. KC also worked as a Process and Quality Engineer at Spectra-Physics Laser Product division for 4 years.

KC earned a BS degree in mathematics and chemistry from Indiana University and an MS degree in industrial engineering from U.C. Berkeley.
