Nina Tseng is the Founder and Leadership Coach at Wayfind with Nina, where she empowers Asian women and immigrants to build a life and career they are proud of, even more so than their parents’ expectation. Previously, Nina spent 13 years as an analytics leader in fintech and e-commerce companies, while also dedicating time to mentoring emerging leaders to become the best version of themselves as leaders and managers.

Nina currently serves on the Board of Supervisors for the Taiwan Data Science Association and is the co-founder of the Taiwanese Data Science Meetup Facebook group, which promotes best practices and connects data science professionals worldwide. She holds an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a B.A. in Advertising from National Chengchi University in Taiwan.
