Sue Lin is a seasoned Product and Program Operations Executive with 25+ years in Security Networking and Cloud SaaS, leading global initiatives at Cisco, Trellix, Okta, and Juniper Networks. She has a proven track record of building high-performing teams across product management, engineering, and go-to-market functions, driving business transformation and operational excellence.

Sue has led company-wide process optimizations, cost-saving initiatives, and large-scale business transformations, including driving $280M in ARR within a year and generating $9M+ in annual savings. She excels in product launches, cross-sell/upsell strategies, and stakeholder engagement.

Before Cisco, Sue was VP of Product Operations at Trellix, supporting 1,000+ engineers and product leaders while optimizing agile processes. At Okta, she helped scale operations from a startup to a mature enterprise. Her 15-year tenure at Juniper Networks saw her advance through roles in engineering, business operations, and M&A integration.

Sue holds a Master’s in Communication from the University of Illinois and certifications in PMP, CSM, and CISSP. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she enjoys high-intensity workouts and cooking gourmet international cuisine.
