Workshop 2 will focus on taking your communication skills to the next level.

Morning Session: We’ll kick things off with “Effective Communication & Constructive Feedback.” This session dives into two crucial aspects of communication: presenting in high-stakes situations and mastering the art of giving and receiving constructive feedback. Expect hands-on practice and leave with actionable frameworks and tips to use right away.

Afternoon Session: Next, we’ll dive into “Influence without Authority.” This session will cover the differences between management and leadership, introduce a model for influencing without authority, and include breakout sessions to put these concepts into practice.

After wrapping up the workshops, we’ll head to the Happy Hour Networking event. We encourage all mentees to take this opportunity to sharpen their networking skills and build valuable connections within the community.
